Nomination Form for Artist of the Year.
The deadline to submit a nomination for the 2010 Franklin County Artist of the Year is now closed. Congratulations to Visual Artist, Billy Farmer, who has been chosen as the 2010 Franklin County Artist of the Year.

Grassroots Subgrant Application Form.
The deadline to submit an application for the NC Arts Council Grassroots Arts Program is now closed. Grant applications are being evaluated by a subcommittee of the FCAC. Their findings will be submitted to the FCAC Board, pending their approval.

Regional Artist Grant Project Application.
The deadline to submit an application for the Regional Artist Grant Project is now closed.

NC Arts Council Funding Guidelines.
The Designated County Partner Guidebook provides the guidelines as to how the FCAC is to spend funding received from NC Arts.

Chapter 55A North Carolina Nonprofit Corporation Act.
Chapter 55A provides the basic ground rules and guidelines to all none profit corporations within North Carolina. These guidelines, subject to our Bylaws, govern how we conduct business.

Our Bylaws, in conjunction with Chappter 55A provide us with a 'Best Practice' approach as to how we conduct business.
The Franklin County Arts Council is currently updating it's Bylaws. Once complete they will be presented at our next AGM.
